DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders will ship USPS priority mail. You will receive tracking numbers via automated email once your order has been shipped.
Items are made to order so please allow 7-10 business days before shipped.
*Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as this is the address that will be printed out on your shipping label. I am not responsible for orders shipped to a wrong address. I will not refund an order, replace an order or refund shipping charges on any order that is shipped to a wrong address. Please update your address and make sure the address that is listed at checkout is your correct address.
*Please communicate with me if you do not receive your order once shipped so that we can track it down. Otherwise, I will assume that your order has been delivered according to tracking information. If your tracking number says delivered and you have not received it, you will need to contact your local postal service.
* Once your order has been turned over to the postal service for shipping, I no longer have control over how fast or slow the postal service goes. During the Christmas/Holiday season orders may take longer than expected to get to you. Tracking information is updated by the postal service and sometimes takes up to 48 hours to update. Please keep your tracking information so that you may be able to follow your order until it reaches you.
